We understand that no one enjoys the extensive paperwork involved with buying a home. Fortunately, we provide free access to HomeGauge’s Create Request List™ which allows you to pull items straight from your inspection report. With this online system, you can collaborate with your seller or agent, review your inspection report, create your home repair addendum, and send a digital copy to whomever you’d like.
